As well as general consulting, Tereza specialises in Franchise Development and works with clients who want to transition their businesses into a full franchised model. Tereza firmly believes the benefits of franchising as a growth model can far outweigh traditional expansion methods both in terms of speed of growth and profits, which she experienced when she franchised her own successful commercial property services business back in 2006, and went from 60 staff to 22 franchisees in only a few years.
