The Managing Director of Cultivating Leadership, Jim Wicks will be the workshop and design lead on this programme, bringing a practitioner’s perspective together with strong skills in leadership development, coaching and organisational change. A Director of Business Success Partners, Phil Wicks, (yes, they’re related!) will support Jim with design and delivery. Phil will lead the on ground support to bring the classroom learning to life, making sure that value comes from each person’s investment.
